A deep, guided meditation designed to bring you to the edge of sleep. After a full body scan and breath work, we’ll depart from the traditional Yoga Nidra script to take an extended sound journey.
As waves of gentle sound reverberations allow far deeper states of relaxation, we’ll conclude with visualizations and intentions from this immersive space.
Spaces are strictly limited and available through reservation only to keep groups small and personalized. Held in a beautiful acoustic space that enhances natural reverberations. The session will leave you deeply relaxed, de-stressed and refreshed.
Since this is an in-person event, All guests will need to be symptom free to attend, and there will be distance and open ventilation throughout the session. Please note there will be no penalty for cancellation due to symptoms of illness.
