SUMMARY:Yoga Nidra: Online Edition
DESCRIPTION:Now at this dark and cold time of year\, we are happy to restar
 t our virtual meditation sessions. A real-time\, guided meditation focused
  on techniques for deep relaxation\, physical healing\, cultivating imagin
 ation\, lucid dreaming and mindfulness\, based on the practice of Yoga Nid
 ra. RSVP and you'll receive a link to the event\, and instructions for pay
 ment. This online session will be hosted in Zoom\, so you can enjoy a deep
 ly restorative session from home or wherever you are - on a phone\, laptop
 \, or tablet. Please arrive close to start time\, as we can't admit anyone
  without disruption after about 10 or 15 minutes into the session once the
  guided meditation has begun. After a very brief introduction to the pract
 ice\, and sharing some techniques to encourage mindfulness during our waki
 ng hours\, we'll go through a traditional Nidra guided meditation - relaxi
 ng the body\, focusing in on the breath\, and then starting visualizations
 . During the meditation we'll use methods for energetic protection\, and i
 ntroduce strategies for remembering more of our dreams when we are awake. 
 Enjoying this guided meditation at home\, there's no need to come back to 
 full waking consciousness at the end\, either—so you prolong the restora
 tive experience and enjoy the uniquely relaxed and refreshed consciousness
  completely. Sessions are 15 Euro each or 5 for 50 Euro. Additional discou
