DESCRIPTION:A real-time\, guided meditation focused on techniques for deep 
 relaxation\, physical healing\, cultivating imagination\, lucid dreaming a
 nd mindfulness\, based on the practice of Yoga Nidra. RSVP and you'll rece
 ive a link to the event\, and instructions for payment. This online sessio
 n will be hosted in Zoom\, so you can enjoy a deeply restorative session f
 rom home or wherever you are - on a phone\, laptop\, or tablet. Please arr
 ive close to start time\, as we can't admit anyone without disruption afte
 r about 10 or 15 minutes into the session once the guided meditation has b
 egun. After a very brief introduction to the practice\, and sharing some t
 echniques to encourage mindfulness during our waking hours\, we'll go thro
 ugh a traditional Nidra guided meditation - relaxing the body\, focusing i
 n on the breath\, and then starting visualizations. During the meditation 
 we'll use methods for energetic protection\, and introduce strategies for 
 remembering more of our dreams when we are awake. Enjoying this guided med
 itation at home\, there's no need to come back to full waking consciousnes
 s at the end\, either—so you prolong the restorative experience and enjo
 y the uniquely relaxed and refreshed consciousness completely.\n\nSessions
  are 15 Euro each or 5 for 50 Euro.\n\n
