DESCRIPTION:\nA special lucid dreaming cultivation Yoga Nidra session - fol
 lowing our traditional practice all the way to our visualizations. Then we
  will use these visualizations to foster a lucid dreaming exercise you can
  carry home with you and practice overnight or whenever you want to incuba
 te lucid dreams.\n\n\n \n\n\nWhile the practices of lucid dreaming explor
 ed during the session are derived from a number of spiritual traditions\, 
 we will work closely with Yoga Nidra\, a well-documented and effective for
 m of guided meditation that can be particularly helpful in cultivating luc
 id states of dreaming consciousness. Further\, I incorporate the work of I
 one\, whose "Listening in Dreams" and the dream practice as a certified De
 ep Listening™ instructor.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe session will also contain tec
 hniques for cleansing and protecting the energetic body\, sleep practices 
 that help bring about consistent lucid dreaming experiences and ritual tec
 hniques for incubating a vast array of consciousnesses helpful in ongoing 
 astral and dreaming work.\n
